Fun based introduction to non contact rugby for 3-6 year olds.

Game based and skill development training for players looking who are looking to maximise performance

Coaching Camps, Coaching Workshops & Coaching Masterclasses throughout the school holidays

HIIT CLASSES FOR ADULTS

As part of our services we run High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions for adults. HIIT sessions are always a full body workout and involve a combination of strength, body weight and cardiovascular exercises as part of a circuit. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.

SPORTS ACADEMY CAMP

During the summer and easter school holidays we run a multi sport coaching camp for 4-11 year olds. These camps involve a variety of activities ranging from dodgeball, football, cricket, water fights to nerf gun games.

SCHOOLS COACHING
